Delete Document

Remove one document from a knowledge base. An uploaded document is deleted outright with its indexed chunks. A connector-backed document is instead excluded — its row and embeddings survive, but it stops being searchable and a later sync does not re-add it. Either way it no longer appears in listings or search results.
