Get Row Group Run

Read a workflow or enrichment group’s outcome for one row: runState (as exposed by includeRunState), output cells keyed by column name, and enrichment providers in cascade order with status, hosted-key cost, duration, and the matching provider. Existing rows always answer: runState: null means never run; cascade: null means no breakdown recorded. Missing tables, rows, or groups return 404.
