Bulk Update Rows

Apply a distinct partial data patch to each of up to 1000 rows in one request. Each patch merges into its row, so a column absent from data is left alone. Membership is atomic: a rowId naming no row in this table fails the whole request with a 400 listing the missing identifiers. Use PATCH /api/v2/tables/{tableId}/rows when one patch applies to every matching row.
