Get Workflow MCP Server

Read one published MCP server. The list is the only other place this state is published, so a caller holding a server id would otherwise have to page the collection and filter client-side. The tools it publishes are on its tools sub-resource. A workspace API key is rejected with 403; use a personal API key.
