Create Run Dispatch

Asynchronously run workflow or enrichment groups across all rows or a selected row subset. Poll the returned dispatchId with GET /api/v2/tables/{tableId}/dispatches/{dispatchId} until its status is complete or canceled, and cancel it with DELETE on the same path. A null dispatchId means the run settled inline and there is nothing to poll.
