Delete Workflow Chat Deployment

Stop serving a workflow's hosted chat. Its URL stops answering and the identifier becomes free again. The workflow's own deployment is untouched and stays executable through the workflow API — to undeploy that, use DELETE /workflows/{workflowId}/deploy. A workspace API key is rejected with 403; use a personal API key.
